Mindful Parent Mindful Child


Come experience a parent child mindfulness course designed to enhance self-regulation and strengthen your relationship with your child. *Up to two children (ages 6-11) may attend with a parent

Each lesson includes age appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting.

The Mindful Parent Mindful child class will help to:

  • Increase emotion regulation skills
  • Strengthen attention
  • Cultivate gratitude and compassion

Duration: The class will meet twice a week for 3 weeks.

*The class fee covers the cost for 1 parent and up to two children
