Along these lines, just two months ago, I was standing at my kitchen counter and thinking…I want to practice really taking care of myself, not based in a critical self-improvement approach, but rooted in kindness. I need to do something to help me to be consistent. This is when I came up with the idea to do 100 days of self-care, invite other people to join me, and record my experience.
With the support of the DBH Mindfulness team, here we are! Starting our 100 Days of Mindful Self-Care Journey later this week. So why practice self-care? Because too often, we practice too much of the opposite.
